Hi Rob,

Went to the pub for just after 6pm, DJ's truck in the car park but soon found I'd forgotten to put my shoes in the car.....

Complete amateur I know so didn't hang around.

Went home and did an hour on the turbo.

Not a happy bunny..............

Later

Bit of a change in the weather this evening i.e. warm, windy and looking like rain.

Just three of us tonight i.e. Dave (DJ) Powell, Gerald M and myself. Dave was sporting some new fancy S60 wheels on his Felt, he's getting nearly as blinged up as Tim W !.

Nobody was fussy where we were to go tonight so I suggested one of our regular flowing routes and off we went to Marden, Westhope, Bush Bank, Weobley, Dilwyn, Ivington, Passa Lane, Leominster Southern Avenue, Stoke Prior, Risbury, Bodenham and back to Sutton and then we all departed homeward bound.

Well done Guys that was a nice ride at a good pace, also the few slight spots of rain I thought were quite refreshing.

Another 60km done.

Bye for now,

Big Ring Wink

Hi Guy's,

This Thursday 1st July an evening road ride for a couple of hours (that's providing it's not lashing down with rain !), i.e. 30 to 40 miles in distance on some nice country lanes.
The pace of these rides is around the 18mph average speed so a good level of cycling fitness is required to keep up, just so everyone knows it's not flat out fast but also it's not a novice pace.

Basically if your interested and fancy this meet at the Golden Cross Pub in Sutton St Nicholas at 6.30pm (the pub is in the centre of the village on the cross roads).

The evenings are now drawing in a bit so you may require some small lights for the ride home i.e. to be seen with.

Bye for now,

Robin.
