Well another lovely sunny morning for sitting in the garden eating breakfast, could get used to this Smile.

The ride into town seemed like hard work as there was quite a stiff breeze Undecided, guess I'm feeling a bit tired from a few weekends of events or just getting old.

Anyway there were six of us today i.e. myself, Matt Lee, Dave (DJ) Powell, Steve L, Janet H, John from Monmouth.

I had a nice little 38 mile country lane route for today Smileand off we went towards Munstone House and through to Lyde, Burghill, Credenhill, Brinsop, Bridge Sollers, Moccas, Bredwardine, Letton, Kinnersley and right by the church into Pig Street, Norton Cannon, Yazor, Mansell Lacy, Brinsop, Tillington, Burghill and back into town for a coffee at Climb-On-Bikes.

Everyone seemed to enjoy that which is the whole idea and we managed to crack round at a good pace where nobody was put under too much pressure. Steve who's fairly new to this game has improved his fitness so much over the last month and today's effort was a credit to him.

Well done all Smile.

Bye for now,

Robin Wink.

Hi Everyone,

This Saturday 3rd July (i.e. this coming weekend) we have another "Saturday Morning Road Ride" starting at 10am from Climb-On-Bikes (i.e. a steady sociable ride followed by coffee back at Climb-On-Bikes).

This weeks ride will be a nice country lane route i.e. around the 35 mile distance, I'll sort a route out just now. Again apparently we are going to have a nice sunny morning as well and I'm sure we'll look forward to that.

So please come along and join in and be part of it.

Kind Regards,

Robin Jones (Climb-On-Bikes Cycling Club).
