A nice bright morning and very warm, just the job.

Only three of us today i.e. myself, Luke C and Andy Skinner. Ages since I've seen Andy and nice to catch up with him, he's not done much for a while and fancies coming back to a bit of regular cycling so good for him.

Regarding a route Andy needed to be back for 12.30pm and Luke 4am this morning party animal was in a bit of a daze and was'nt fussed where we went and I was quite happy to do whatever. So I suggested a shortish ride and everyone was happy with that and off we went at a nice steady pace to suit Andy. We headed for Munstone House, Lyde, Portway, Cannon Pyon and a left and through to Weobley, Dilwyn, just after this we bumped into Dave (DJ) Powell coming the other way and stopped for a quick chat (he was doing a Brilley bash) onward bound to Ivington, Passa Lane, Leominster Southern Avenue, Stoke Prior, Risbury and on the top we decided to pop down to Broadfields Vineyards for a coffee and lounge in the gardens. Onward bound again and down to Bodenham and up towards Sutton and I branched off left by the Amberley Arms homeward bound whilst Luke and Andy headed for Sutton and back into town.

That was a nice little outing, a no pressure ride and we ensured the pace was fine for Andy (a few more regular rides and he'll be back strong), all in all a really enjoyable morning out and arrived back for just before 12pm.

Well done boys Smile.

Now then where was everyone else today ?, sick notes please Laughing.

Bye for now,

Big Ring Wink

Hi Everyone,

Normal 9am start from Steels.

Not sure who's about ?, been a bit thin on the ground lately i.e. where is everyone ?, anyway see who turns up and I guess we'll take it from there. There's a couple of new routes up our sleeve and just waiting for the right moment where there's a good few of us along.

So there we go, grab your bike and let's roll Smile, stick a few quid in your back pocket for a coffee and some fat boy cake.

Bye for now,

Big RingWink
