1. Approval of minutes from last meeting
a. Minutes were approved.

2. Treasurer update (Stu)
a. Stu gave an update on the account. Climb on Bikes Reliability raised £62 for charity. Nominated charity to be decided at the end of the year.
b. Phil, Stu and Clive are the named signatories on the account.

3. Reliability ride.
a. It was agreed that it went well. 62 riders. The medium group was a bit large. Aim to have smaller groups next time (20 max?)
b. It was decided to run an autumn COBCC reliability ride. End of October?

4. Affiliations update (Phil & Mick)
a. After a long discussion it was decided to affiliate to BC, the WCA and the RTTC. This will allow members to affiliate to BC as COBCC riders and compete in time trials and welsh cyclo cross races. It was decided not to affiliate to the BTA.

5. Membership update (Kate)
a. Currently 34 paid up members (as of 22/02/08).
b. 74 people on books - methods to encourage people to rejoin were discussed.
c. Membership form is on the website.
d. Club membership cards and BC licenses should be collected from the Shop.
e. It was decided that January 2009 would become the membership renewal month for everyone (with discounts given in the first year for people with outstanding months).

6. Ben’s Ride update (Ben)
a. Ben suggested the next trip should be an mtb ride to Snowdon, provisionally for the 9th of March 2008 (depending on the weather).

7. Road Race/Tri update (Phil/Mick)
a. No changes to previous minutes (RR 18th May, Triathlon 28th September)

8. Event list (Luke)
a. This has been updated on the Climb on Bike website
b. Mayhem & Enduro 6. Team were to be organised via the forum. Clive to contact Pat Adams re entries at Mayhem.

9. Website (Tony)
a. A general request for more photos was made. Preferably by CD to the shop please.
b. The website is increasing in popularity.

10. Date for next meeting/social (All)
a. 18th of April at 7 pm at the Rowing Club followed by a social for all members. Who to book?

a. A flyer to go out with the membership card to include. Luke agreed to do this.

b. It was suggested that some members would value a COBCC newsletter. Tony agreed to organise this on a quarterly basis using information from the forum and website.
c. Robin was keen to organise people to do events together. It was agreed this was a good thing. It was suggested that phone and forum are the best ways to contact other people.
