1. Approval of minutes from last meeting
Minutes were approved.
2. Affiliations update (Mick)
British Cycling have offered 20 FREE Bronze memberships for Climb on bikes new members. Check out the British Cycling website to see what this offers. Please contact Mike Stephens if you want a free membership, but make sure that you are a member of the COB club first!
3. Membership update (Kate)
A list of British Cycling Climb on Bikes affiliated members has been produced 2008/9. Anyone who has registered with the BCF but not rejoined the Climb on Bikes club needs to do so ASAP, as Kate will be checking up.
Membership forms are on the website or available in the shop.
Club membership cards and BC licenses should be collected from the Shop.
Methods to encourage more memberships were discussed.
4. Social Night. Note date change!
Ben has reorganised the Curry night to the 18th May 2008 after the COB road race. Meet at 6pm at the 3 Barrels in Hereford for 7pm at Jalsagors. Please let Ben know if you will be coming by the 11th May 2008 so he can book a table for the group.
5. 18th May 2008 COB Road race (Phil/Mick)
A minimum of 16 marshals from the COB club are required. Ludlow cycling club are also helping. Please could all members try to come and help marshal at this event? If you are racing then please could you bring a volunteer to help marshal?

Hereford Wheelers 10mile TT (Thursday nights)

Abergavenny Handicap RR 20/4/08
Over 10 COB members raced in this event. 3rd & 4th cats managed to stay in the lead, with a bunch sprint at the end. Phil Mason managed 3rd overall & 1st Vet, Luke Moseley 8th, everyone else finished in the bunch. Well done!!
Please post any of your race results on the COB forum so we can all hear how you have been doing. (Tuesday night World championships, not included )

9. MTB training sessions Malvern Thursday evenings (Ben)
