He also suggested a COBCC Cyclocross race in Winter 2010-11. Ned agreed to contact Liz. Socials Paul Gibbons suggested that we hold club committee meetings at a pub to encourage socialising. This will need to be discussed at the next committee meeting. Our COBCC meetings run from 7-9.30pm on the first Monday every 2mths. MTB rides Paul Gibbons & Andy Weaving agreed to coordinate & organise some mtb rides throughout 2009. They also agreed to encourage some other members to organise MTB rides around Hereford region. Velodrome sessions A number of COBCC members felt that the organised COBCC velodrome sessions were excellent and hoped that they could be repeated next year. Hereford COBCC Time Trial Trophy Luke Bradford suggested that the award of the COBCC TT trophy 2009 should reflect participation in addition to performance. He agreed to organise the club competition. Hereford Wheelers Time Trial events Mick Stephens agreed to approach Chris Hughes of Hereford Wheelers in an attempt to negotiate a COBCC reduced rate for bulk entries into their Time Trial events. The COBCC committee may subsidise these entries after discussion at their next meeting. The approximate cost was thought to be in the region of £400. This will be discussed again at our next meeting. COBCC Cylco-Sportive A number of members suggested that we organise a Sportive Event. Cost, Time & Marshalling implications were discussed. One option could be to expand our Autumn Reliability ride into a Sportive event. Robin Jones agreed to pursue this. He informed us that the club contains a number of international triathletes who would happily race for COBCC if the club were affiliated to the BTA.
